You're licensed and want to join the OwnerLand Realty Team!  The transition is relatively simple with just a few steps.

You will need to meet with us and complete some forms including the transfer application from the Ohio Division of Real Estate.  This form should be overnighted to Division with a check for the transfer fee.  When overnighting the application, make sure you require a signature from the recipient at Division when they accept it.  Also, send us your receipt from overnighting the application.  It will expedite your transfer and make it as seemless as possible. 

You will also review and sign an "At Will" Contract with OwnerLand Realty as well as a couple of Multiple Listing Service forms. 

You will need to inform your current broker in writing that you wish them to remit your license to Division.  This can be done with a simple email.  You can give them an explanation or not as to why you're making a change.  It's up to you but not something that is required.
