To any agent that might be considering making a change in their career or the company you work for, OwnerLand Realty deserves a closer look.
Every company is different depending on your needs. I have been an agent for over 24 years, 10 years with Blue and White and also worked for the company as a manager, then 12 years with Red, White and Blue, where there was always a monthly bill no matter how I was doing and the last few years with OwnerLand Realty; all good companies.
I made the change because I wanted more flexibility and didn’t want to be concerned if I was having a bad month or want more time for myself. OwnerLand Realty’s fees can’t be beat only $300.00 per transaction for the first 12 transactions. That is only $3600, after a split, that maybe only one deal and you keep the rest for a whole year. After you reach 12 transactions then it drops to $99.00 per transaction.
This company will allow you to run your own business with very little overhead which can allow you to spend the extra money the way you want.
